This Special class at Jade by Zipporah, gently leads students through a vinyasa flow, offering plenty of time to focus on proper alignment and technique. The session concludes with a calming sequence of deep seated stretches to release tension, followed by a soothing savasana to leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and ready for the day.
