Hi, I’m Menna — a yoga teacher and coach passionate about helping women feel strong, connected and at home in their bodies.
My classes blend strength, mobility and breath-led movement to help you build resilience, move better and reconnect with yourself. Expect flows that challenge you in a supportive way, with space to move at your own pace and listen to what your body needs.
Alongside yoga, I work in strength training and women’s health, so my teaching is grounded in helping women move well for the long term — whether that’s building strength, supporting recovery, or simply creating time in the week to reset.
My goal is simple: to create a space where you can move, breathe and leave feeling more like yourself.
