Immerse yourself in the gentle yet powerful practice of Hatha yoga. Guided by experienced instructors, you'll flow through a series of asanas designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and inner harmony.

Learn the art of mindful breathing as a foundation for cultivating inner calm. Explore various breathing techniques that anchor your attention to the present moment.
Conclude the evening with a mindful tea ceremony, encouraging a sense of community and connection. Share reflections and insights with fellow participants in a warm and inviting setting. This class is 90 minutes, but 60 minutes are yoga and 30 minutes are enjoying time in community with tea.
