Description
Christmas can mean different things to different people. It can carry a joy that for some is jarring and whilst for others it is their favourite time, and everything inbetween. Winter's Solstice however honours the moment the earth in the northern hemisphere takes it's longest exhale. We have to breathe out to set the seeds on the dandelion clock free. The exhale is an outward movement of surrender. When the pressure inside the thoracic cavity exceeds the pressure of the outside environment, we have to breathe out, else we will burst! This Yoga Nidra practise is written for exactly this....the longest exhale and pause before the light returns even brighter than before. All welcome 3 this class is pay-what-ypu-like. You are welcome to receive this session as a gift from me to you, or after the session an email will be sent to all attendees offering a pay-what-you-like link if you feel so inclined.
