**Monthly class**

This monthly session of Yoga Nidra will begin with some time for relfection using journal prompts. These journal prompts will suggest looking back over the year and uncover what the year was really about for us. Exercises such as this help us to realign and remember our why's. Spring Equinox's Yoga Nidra will offer time for journalling upon intention setting and looking forward.

Experience ultimate relaxation with Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep or non-sleep-deep-rest. This guided meditation practice takes you into a deeply restorative state where body and mind can fully unwind. Dr Huberman, reknowned neuroscientist says positive effects on energy levels and cognitive performance. Embracing these practices can lead to improved sleep, improved cognition and mental health, and overall well-being. This class is suitable for all levels.

Get set up somewhere private, comfortable and warm. You might like to practise with headphones to ensure an intimate and quiet experience and could even set yourself up from bed. This class will be cameras off and I will close the meeting at its end so you don;t need to say goodbye...you can just drift off into sleep straight from class should you like!

This class can be redeemed with one of your classes on Balance and Radiance memberships or a class pass. On pay as you go this class is £6.
