Join Rebecca Birdwell the Owner of My Yoga Barn in a Yoga Class followed by a Poppy seed planting demonstration. October is the month to plant your poppies so they are beautifully blooming in March. Mary Roland with Byublu will be providing the poppyseed lemon ball bites and Jennifer Huegal from Bastrop Bees will be providing Blinderhund Ranch coffee. Everyone leaves with enough complimentary poppy seeds to plant in their own sacred space.
