Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout that uses small, controlled movements to build strength, stability and endurance. We incorporate equipment and the barre at the wall for alignment, balance and an added challenge. Music is a big part of the class, helping to guide the pace and support the movement. Influenced by dance, the practice emphasises fluidity, control and coordination, while building posture, strength and body awareness.
