The practice blends mindful sequencing, grounding pauses & a restful savasana.

This flow-based vinyasa practice links breath to movement through continuous, rhythmic sequencing. We’ll move through creative transitions and dynamic flows that build heat and strength, while staying anchored in steady breath. Designed to feel energising yet grounding, we’ll flow with intention and close with a deeply restorative savasana.
