A Yoga teacher since 2022, Michela primarily teaches Vinyasa with a strong focus on meditation and mindful movement. While earning her certification as a full-time student, she embodied the practice of balance by allowing yoga to ground and guide her through growth. She blends strength-building flows with grounding, calming elements to create balanced, intentional classes. Passionate about fostering an inclusive and supportive space, she empowers students to honor their unique journeys and cultivate balance, confidence, and peace, both on and off the mat.

Michela's classes are grounding, intentional, and heart-led. We begin with a longer meditation to fully arrive, followed by deep stretching to gently open the body. Sun salutations build warmth, leading into a strength and balance series that challenges you while staying mindful and supportive. I love weaving mindful transitions and breath awareness throughout, so it feels less like “working out” and more like moving meditation. We close with a slow, calming comedown and an intentional savasana, so you leave feeling strong, centered, and at peace.
