I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 16 and have been teaching for nearly 10 years. I completed my 500-hour Hatha Yoga training in India, studied in an ashram in The Bahamas, and trained in Thai massage in Toronto. In my workshops, I love blending massage, medicinal plants, and yoga to create grounded and holistic experiences. My classes are accessible, intentional, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. When you practice with me at Nami, you can expect a non-judgmental space where you’re invited to meet yourself fully. I’m here to guide you gently, challenge you mindfully, and help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner balance.

I’m a yoga teacher dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their inner wisdom. My practice is rooted in deep listening, creating a safe space where movement becomes medicine, the breath leads, and presence transforms everything. I blend traditional yogic techniques with a gentle, contemporary approach, honoring the essence of the practice while adapting it to each person’s needs. For me, teaching is an act of offering a home—a space where the body softens, the mind settles, and the heart remembers who it truly is.
