Description
Allow your body and mind to find a state of ease. This is a class designed to any allow all level practitioners to come back home to their bodies, especially after the work day. The pace is slower with a mix of the fluidity of Vinyasa Flow and the longer time holding postures of Hatha Yoga. We focus on soothing and nourishing the shoulders, hips and legs incorporating several kinds of postures when needed. The cooling part of the practice is slightly longer to allow the body and mind to settle into the comfort and benefit of a calm state.
