Yoga is more than a physical practice for me. It is a way to reconnect with myself and find harmony in body, mind and spirit. Through it, I have grown closer to myself and to the world around me, discovering balance, acceptance and peace along the way. In my classes, through postures, breathwork and meditation, my purpose is to create a space where you can explore your practice at your own pace. I invite you to move mindfully, breathe with intention and listen to your body. Step onto the mat as you are, and together we will cultivate a body and mind that feel stronger, more flexible and more balanced. I see yoga as a lifelong journey one that brings strength, growth and a gentle reminder that we are already enough, just as we are. See you on the mat!
