Description

This class introduces children 8 years and older to yoga in a fun filled environment. Yoga builds strength and increases flexibility, coordination and balance and can help kids develop proper posture. Pre-teens will benefit from learning about self-love and self-acceptance and appreciate their bodies for what they are and what they can do, rather than focus on what they look like.
