8 weeks in-depth Mindfulness training with guided group sessions (2,5h) once per week and individual practice in between sessions. Learn how to integrate Mindfulness in your life with intuitive and interactive learning in a small group (max 12).

If you are looking for ways to become more aware of your reactivity, patterns of behaviour and how you relate to the world, mindfulness can help you cope better with feelings of stress, anxiety, anger, pain or loss. Expect meditation, yoga and body awareness techniques together with exercises to explore our thinking, feeling and acting. The small group will work as a supporting part of your personal practice, with group discussions and sharing experiences.
