The first of our Bodhi School Yoga teacher trainings open days for our training starting in October 2021.
I will be giving a full 60min class/workshop, beginning with a pranayama practice and then moving to a vinyasa practice. Afterwards we will be joined by Kathryn Moynihan for any questions around the 2021 October yoga teacher training.
