An 8 week course with the intention of starting our year in the best way. Setting the foundations for a healthier and happier life in 2022. How? By starting a process of self enquiry and by integrating the practices of yoga, pranayama and meditation into our lives. These practices are instrumental for revealing our true selves, which can be hidden by the layers of the busy-ness of daily living and years of being disconnected.
