A Yoga Day Retreat to strengthen your immunity and support your wellness and health for Winter time.

We are really excited to bring you this retreat: it is something we have been dreaming up for a while, and we feel it is the perfect retreat for Winter time.

Join us for a day of holistic wellness designed to strengthen your body and elevate your immunity, as well as educate and inform you of wellness techniques to keep you healthy and strong over the darker cycle of the year. 

There will be a strong morning Vinyasa practice, breath work and an immune boosting Yin practice in the afternoon.

We will begin with an energising Vinyasa yoga class focusing on strengthening your body and grounding you as we move into the winter months. The focus of the class will be twists and forward bends. 

Followed by a peaceful, guided walk through the Ballymaloe gardens, connecting with nature’s healing energy.

After the walk, we will enjoy a nourishing, light lunch with immune-boosting ingredients. 
followed by hot warming  chai, loaded with goodness and healthy sweet treats. 

The afternoon is dedicated to deep relaxation and restoration: with a Restorative yoga session we will explore the meditative practice of Yin yoga, and enhance your lung capacity and your immunity with breathwork techniques that will leave you feeling renewed and resilient.

This day retreat and empower your body’s natural defenses, leaving you refreshed, balanced, and ready to thrive.

If you feel like it we will brave the sea after wads for a dip followed by a sauna on the beach!
