In this workshop, we’ll explore the anatomy of spinal extension, build strength and mobility in the shoulders and hips, and learn how to support the spine with core engagement and breath awareness. This workshop will help you move with greater clarity, confidence, understanding and ease into your backbends —one breath at a time.
Open to most levels, apart from complete beginners.
