The Still Point day retreat has been designed to reconnect you with your breath, your body, and the beauty of the season.

We’ll begin with a dynamic morning vinyasa session to energise and focus the mind. The focus for the practice will be forward folds and twists, to keep us in sync with the inward nature of autumn.

The morning practice will be followed by a gentle walk through Ballymaloe’s expansive gardens and grounds.

After a delicious, light lunch prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative and relaxing yin yoga session for Autumn, offering deep release and reflection. This practice will also bolster your immunity for the darker cycle of the year.

This is your invitation to pause, breathe, and centre yourself in the still point of Autumn.
