Description
We will begin with mediation and pranayama, and then move to our sankalpa (intention setting)practice. We then move to a vinyasa flow practice, focusing on mindful movement and breath. It will be a gratifying way to say goodbye to the old year, and welcome in the new.
We will finish with a guided yoga nidra (yogic sleep), to ensure we all float out of the yoga room and into the New Year.
