About Nina Alpers
I invite you to come home – to your body, your heart, your true being.
In a world that moves fast, I create spaces to slow down, breathe, feel and reconnect with what truly matters.
Rooted in Hatha Yoga, my practice honours structure, alignment, and presence. Over time, Vinyasa brought flow and rhythm, an expression of breath and connection. From there, Embodiment unfolded naturally: an invitation to move beyond form, to feel, to release and to express life through the body.
In my classes, these qualities merge into a practice that is both grounding and liberating – guiding you to experience yourself more fully, freely and alive. As a coach, HR professional, and yoga teacher, I weave together mindfulness, somatic awareness, and simple daily rituals that nurture body, mind, and soul.
I love holding spaces where you feel safe, inspired, and at home – whether in yoga, circles, ceremonies, or through devotional singing. My voice is part of my medicine: in Bhakti Yoga, accompanied by the harmonium, I share sound, heart and devotion.
I believe in the power of simple, embodied practices – gentle reminders to return home again and again, and to live from the essence of who we truly are.
