This practice is simply about restoring and rebalancing. Open level and suitable for beginners class. Sunday afternoon is a great time to let go of tension and stress and take time to be quiet and still, to notice and observe what’s going on inside. This special Sunday class will really help to slow down the nervous system from all the external and internal stimulation so that we can access our inner ease no matter what challenges we may be experiencing in our lives.
