Sunday slow flow offers you freedom to rejuvenate your energy after the week. In this class we will prepare our mind, body and soul for success in the week ahead with the magic sunday offers. We will explore a variety of tools including; the nourishment of a feel-good yoga flow, meditation, breath work, visualisation, śavāsana and more. In this sun-day slow flow class you will be pleasantly surprised by your ability to change your energy with mind-body connection and intention. All are welcome.

Intention:

My intention for this class is to get a taste for the balance of what yoga can bring when we colour outside the lines of a regular yoga practice. To awaken new aspects of what you are already capable of and to gently guide into a feeling of fullness.
