Come join Jen on a Friday evening for beginners or yogis who are looking for that class to really get the juice flowing before the weekend starts. Let Jen guide you through a vigorous blend of flowing postures allowing this class to improve your strength, stamina and your flexibility.
This class will include a faster-paced start with meditation and deep relaxation to finish and unwind before leaving.
