Often this class will focus in more detail and depth on the particular asana, transition or balance. With deep stretches and detox aspects, it is a perfect session for full immersion in your yoga. Open and Intermediate level, in a hot temperature .

Join Evy for this warm and dynamic 60 minute flow class. With a focus on sequence, you will be guided through sun salutations and beautifully linked asanas, as you flow through class connecting breath to movement. This class builds heat and energy, and offers playful adaptions to explore your practice, before slowing down with a restorative shavasana.
