Description
Yinyasa is a 60-minute practice combining the slow, passive style of Yin yoga with the dynamic, active flow of Vinyasa. Class begins with the cooling practice of Yin, targeting connective tissue through deep-stretching poses held for 3-5 minutes. Halfway through class, we’ll transition into a heat-building, vinyasa flow, linking breath to movement.
This class is open to all levels.
