Description
Yin Yang Flow is a combination of both yin and yang practices. Graceful and dynamic, flowing vinyasa movements allow the body to create internal heat detoxifyng the internal organs and increasing the flow of prana or viatal energy throughout the body, before moving into a slower pace with longer held Yin postures which bring us to a place of stillness and rest.
The intention is to tune in to the entire being, moving and breathing with awareness.
