This flowing 60 minute class is an introduction to the Ashtanga primary series, perfect for beginners or intermediate.

There is a strong focus on breath and alignment. We create heat from within which detoxifies our organs and by learning to use our internal body locks or bandhas we intensify the prana (life force) within us.

We explore this wonderful practice with modifications offered throughout.
