Celebrate Pride Month under the open sky at Pearl Park for a special edition of Yoga Under the Stars - Pride Flow at Pearl — a completely free evening of movement, music, and community benefiting Thrive Youth Center. House of RhythOM has teamed up with Nomadik Yoga to design an uplifting outdoor practice that honors love, diversity, and connection. Bring your mat and water, and roll out under the stars for a beautiful night powered by a live DJ set, with donations warmly accepted to support local LGBTQ+ youth.
What to Bring:
-Yoga mat, towel, and water bottle
-Any favorite props to support your practice
-Your magical self! ✨
Attire: Since we will be outdoors, wear comfortable yoga attire suited to the weather—leggings, stretchy gym shorts, or sweatpants. If it’s cool, bring layers like a sweater, scarf, or jacket. A blanket for Savasana is always a cozy addition!

House of RhythOM is San Antonio’s premier music-driven, immersive yoga studio located in the Texas Medical Center area. They blend the therapeutic benefits of infrared heat with low-light, candlelit spaces and heavily curated, rhythmic soundtracks to create a powerful sensory movement experience.
The Historic Pearl is a dynamic neighborhood built around the historic Pearl Brewery, located just north of downtown San Antonio on the banks of the San Antonio River. Pearl is home to architecturally significant buildings like the brewhouse and stable—both built in 1894—and numerous plazas. Today, Pearl is home to dozens of unique culinary concepts, one-of-a-kind retail, weekend markets, residential communities, innovative office tenants, the San Antonio campus of the Culinary Institute of America, and the award-winning Hotel Emma.
