Body, Breath and Mind: an Introduction to Zen meditation (Zazen)
Instructions on
– how to sit with ease and steadiness, on the floor or on a chair
– attention on the breath
– what to do with your mind: how to work skillfully with thoughts and awareness
Doors are open from 9:40 am. Come early and get a cup of tea.
Class starts at 10. The outside door closes once the class starts, please be on time.
This class is on donation basis. (Suggestion €10)
You can just come, no need to book. If you would like to receive an automated email after class with an invitation for online contribution, please book the class.
