Description
This class will be for people to learn how Ashtanga Yoga works and ask questions.
It's suited for anyone - no prior knowledge or physical capability needed.
It will also be a chance to revisit the fundamentals for people who already have a practice.
Can anyone practice Ashtanga? Do I have to be flexible? I heard it was difficult? How is it different than other types of yoga? How often do I come to class? Why are people doing crazy postures? Why no drop ins? What will I gain from it?
Maybe these are some of the questions you have or other ones.
I'll use this time each week for free or donation to a local charity to answer them and teach some of the fundamentals.
