Description
This class will invite you to connect intuitively with movement, beginning with a morning check in, discussion of yoga philosophy and meditation. Classical yoga is for any body type that would like to move in order to have a higher connection with the self. We will tailor the practice to meet you where you are in your journey. Yoga props are strongly encouraged but not required.
