The class will cover the foundations of yoga postures and philosophy and give you confidence to walk into and try other yoga classes and types. We will explore proper alignment in postures, explore different yoga flows, and discuss yoga philosophy and how you can apply it to your life. This class is perfect for someone who has never done yoga and wants to try it; for someone interested in learning more about posture alignment and yoga philosophy; or for someone who would like to return to a yoga practice that hasn't been done for a while. Come join this supportive group of yogis and see what yoga is all about!
