Lockdown can be a real drag, and we'd like to offer a little bit of brightness to break up your day.

Join Harriet for a fun and free (or pay-what-you-want) 30 minute practice twice a week, for as long as lockdown continues.

Tuesdays, 1:30pm GMT: Building Strength - 30 minutes dedicated to learning more about a different area of the body each week, and how to promote strength and stability there.

Thursdays, 1:30pm GMT: Chair Yoga - 30 minutes of inclusive & accessible chair yoga, join from your desk or your dining table. Find a pause to bring attention to your breath and body.

This class is free to register. After class you'll be emailed a link to pay-what-you-want (if you like).
