Description
This nourishing vinyasa flow class will have a different focus area each week over a 4 week cycle:
• Heart opening
• Hip rotation
• Back bends
• Twist and release
Classes will include:
postures that flow with breath to nourish the connective tissues of the body,
an opportunity for some static holds to build strength,
ending with some gentle stretches to release any residual tension from the body and mind
Suitable for all bodies and all levels
