This class is for complete newcomers to yoga or those who would like to go back to basics.
It will help you build a strong foundation and will inspire you to explore yoga in all its forms.

In these classes, we will flow fluidly from one pose to the next repeating creative sequences as a movement meditation.
Suitable for everyone, these classes will leave you feeling relaxed yet energised.

This class will be taught in the Embodied Vinyasa tradition by Sophie Fitton, co-founder of Nurture.

Be transported into a deep restorative meditation and welcome in the healing powers of sound. Rebecca will guide you through this therapeutic session to restore balance in the body and mind. Suitable for all.

As well as classic yoga poses, you'll focus on positions for labour, breathing and relaxation techniques.
This class will nurture you physically and emotionally from 12 - 42 weeks +, regardless of your fitness level.
No experience of yoga is necessary.
The class is a time to relax, focus on your new baby and prepare for birth, it’s also a great opportunity to meet other expectant mums.

This class is taught by Claire Harvey, baby yoga, baby massage and pregnancy yoga expert.

This class is a slow, flowing movement meditation combined with deeper, longer holds with use of props.
Expect to unwind, feel freedom of movement and complete relaxation. This class is taught by the beauty of candle light.
Poetry, stories, yoga, music and deep relaxation are all guided into this session. An hour of candlelight magic.

Friday Night Dance party: The meeting of the Trinity: Breath, Body and Beat.

We will dance, shake, jump, clear and connect. This is a moving meditation, a chance for you to express yourself through the power of movement: No restrictions, labels, right or wrong, just a chance to let go, feel, move and dance.

This will be a music driven dance party that reignites your inner fire and allows you to tap into the wisdom of the body. Lets dance together
Put on our favourite outfit that you can move in and let's dance together.

We will end with connection and journaling.
