This class is a slow, flowing movement meditation combined with deeper, longer holds with use of props.

Expect to unwind, feel freedom of movement and complete relaxation. This class is taught by the beauty of candle light.

Poetry, stories, yoga, music and deep relaxation are all guided into this session. An hour of candlelight magic.

This 4 week course is for complete newcomers to yoga or those who would like to go back to basics. It will help you build a strong foundation and will inspire you to explore yoga in all its forms. Suitable for everyone.

Using her bespoke multi-style approach to Yoga, Sophie C would like to take you on weekly journey to broaden your understanding of Yoga through grounding meditations, centring breath work practices and inspiring shapes & flows that welcome exploration of the beyond.

This yoga class is for anyone to join and enjoy completely free of charge. A thankyou to our wonderful community. No payment needed just come and enjoy a heavenly Sunday morning at the studio.

In this mindful yoga practice, we move between motion and rest with an emphasis on the breath and releasing effortlessly into gentle yoga forms. Suitable for everyone, this class attends to the nervous system, and aims to leave you calm and clear for the week ahead.

This class is taught with an embodied. somatic approach to yoga forms.
