Yin Yoga and Sound Healing:

In this deeply restorative practice you’ll be guided into yin postures with long holds as soothing sounds wash over you.

Absorbing healing frequencies from sacred instruments, acoustic guitar and Native American flutes will lead you to your own inner sanctuary in the beautiful space of Nurture. Yin Yoga works by releasing tension from the connective tissues.

Sometimes this tension has been held in the body for prolonged periods of time causing energy blockages, stiffness and restricted movement of the body and the breath. Yin postures can help to alleviate pressure from deep in the joints, improve circulation, balance emotions and regulate the nervous system.

The benefits are enhanced when practiced alongside a sound bath.
