Baby yoga is a centuries old tradition that provides both mother and baby with significant and undisputed benefits.

Baby Yoga is an interactive routine performed with baby and care giver.

Parents helps the baby into carefully developed movements that work well for baby’s tender body, the movements include gentile stretching of the limbs and practice correct breathing by encouraging babies to imitate parents breathing pattern and gentle stretching to help improve parents muscle tone, pelvic floor and fitness.

If you are looking for an excellent way to improve yours and baby’s health, development, Speech, muscle tone, coordination, flexibility, immune system and teach breathing to be calm, strengthen bonding, then yoga will be for you and your baby.

Classes run for 4 weeks, sessions have been developed as a comprehensive fun clear consistent and easy to follow gentle moves for mum and baby, classes have a relaxation part at the end of the yoga session, followed by story and song. Lots of gentle music, songs and bubbles in each session.

Cake and drinks, time to chat and make friends, all equipment provided all you need to bring is yourself and baby.

Baby Massage is the perfect way to develop a bond with your baby. It stimulates babies’ digestion, coordination, learning and language development.
Massage improves relaxation and encourages a sleep routine. Also includes handy tips on how to relieve teething, colic and constipation through massage.
The sessions are also about you as a new parent, we cover a different topic each week, with lots of advice and handouts, answer any questions

WEEK 4 – Full Massage, Head & face-Play and development,

All sessions end with stories and rhymes.
Drink and Cakes included with each session for a chance for everybody to get to know each other and make friends.

Suitable for everyone, these classes will leave you feeling relaxed yet energised.

This class will be taught in the Embodied Vinyasa tradition by Sophie Fitton, co-founder of Nurture.

This class is a slow, flowing movement meditation combined with deeper, longer holds with use of props.

Expect to unwind, feel freedom of movement and complete relaxation. This class is taught by the beauty of candle light.

Poetry, stories, yoga, music and deep relaxation are all guided into this session. An hour of candlelight magic.

The lockdown sensation that kept all your little people moving and grooving! YESSSSS! Cosmic kids yoga has arrived at Nurture and is 45 minutes of friendly fun, movement, stories and micro rest to teach our next generation the magical power of this wonderfully calming practice.

Aimed at ages 4-8 years but open to all, Nicky and her brilliant assistant Molly will charm the children into yoga heaven while you take a sit back in our breakout area to watch from the wings or chat with other parents.

This 4 week course runs from the 12th September - 3rd October 2023 but you can join this class as a drop in.

Be transported into a deep restorative meditation and welcome in the healing powers of sound. Rebecca will guide you through this therapeutic session to restore balance in the body and mind. Suitable for all.

As well as classic yoga poses, you'll focus on positions for labour, breathing and relaxation techniques.
This class will nurture you physically and emotionally from 12 - 42 weeks +, regardless of your fitness level.
No experience of yoga is necessary.
The class is a time to relax, focus on your new baby and prepare for birth, it’s also a great opportunity to meet other expectant mums.
