Cosmic kids yoga has arrived at Nurture and is 45 minutes of friendly fun, movement, stories and micro rest to teach our next generation the magical power of this wonderfully calming practice.

As well as classic yoga poses, you'll focus on positions for labour, breathing and relaxation techniques.
This class will nurture you physically and emotionally from 12 - 42 weeks +, regardless of your fitness level.
No experience of yoga is necessary.
The class is a time to relax, focus on your new baby and prepare for birth, it’s also a great opportunity to meet other expectant mums.
