As well as classic yoga poses, you'll focus on positions for labour, breathing and relaxation techniques.
This class will nurture you physically and emotionally from 12 - 42 weeks +, regardless of your fitness level.
No experience of yoga is necessary.
The class is a time to relax, focus on your new baby and prepare for birth, it’s also a great opportunity to meet other expectant mums.

After that, postures will help to boost your strength and endurance.
Classes usually end with a relaxation or guided hypnobirthing mediation session to help you to wind down and feel refreshed.

This class is taught by Claire Harvey, baby yoga, baby massage and pregnancy yoga expert.

This class is a slow, flowing movement meditation combined with deeper, longer holds with use of props.
Expect to unwind, feel freedom of movement and complete relaxation. This class is taught by the beauty of candle light.
Poetry, stories, yoga, music and deep relaxation are all guided into this session. An hour of candlelight magic.

Join Ebony for an evening of information sharing on a different topic each month exploring perimenopause and postmenopause science, symptoms and solutions.
This will be followed my an open sharing circle to give you the opportunity to share your own experiences, and gain support and advice from other women who are experiencing similar symptoms.
The second part of the evening will be a beautiful relaxation session of yin yoga, breathwork, and meditation where you can sink into rest and relaxation.
