This restorative yoga practice is designed to help you sink into deep rest and relaxation.

With supported yin yoga poses, breathwork and yoga nidra, this practice provides an opportunity to pause the busyness of life, to journey within, and find peace, stillness and balance.

As well as classic yoga poses, you'll focus on positions for labour, breathing and relaxation techniques.
This class will nurture you physically and emotionally from 12 - 42 weeks +, regardless of your fitness level.
No experience of yoga is necessary.
The class is a time to relax, focus on your new baby and prepare for birth, it’s also a great opportunity to meet other expectant mums.

This class is a slow, flowing movement meditation combined with deeper, longer holds with use of props.
Expect to unwind, feel freedom of movement and complete relaxation. This class is taught by the beauty of candle light.
