Description
This joyous class is fun interwoven with purposeful yoga. Through play and guided practice, the children will explore strategies for emotional self-regulation, energize with short flow practices, stretch with chair yoga and relax with guided relaxation and gentle yin stretches. Introduction to Mindfulness and growth mindset are embedded in the class structure. The key to this class is in the Sanskrit word for breath; Prana.
