Life's challenges can cause emotional upheaval. We may experience sensations ranging from despair to anger. Feelings of helplessness and hopelessness may leave us feeling lost, lonely or confused as to what steps to take next. Yoga is a practice that can bring us back to the now, the present moment, to help us reconnect with ourselves physically, mentally and spiritually. The class structure is fluid and organic with the practice of the class curated to meet feelings and needs of the participants (You!) on that day. A variety of yoga methods may be presented in held poses or in a breath based flow. Meditation and relaxation will be integrated in most practices.
