Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by sequencing poses together so that you move from one to another using breath. Synchronizing breath with a variety of poses throughout class will allow us to build strength, increase flexibility and improve our overall wellbeing. This class is designed to challenge but is suitable for all levels.
