Description

Vinyasa flow is a practice that includes fluid transitions from asana to asana. Linking body breath and movement. Expect to build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the mind and calming the body. This practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body. The class is challenging yet modifications are given to ALL LEVELS.
