CHAIR YOGA w/ Linsey every Tuesday morning starting October 3rd - November 28th.
This gentle and mindful practice is a great practice for individuals looking for a gentle & mindful yoga practice either standing with chair support or sitting in a chair. We will use a chair, props, bolsters, cushions, pillows and straps throughout the practice. We have yoga mats, chairs, blocks, bolsters, pillows, blankets and straps for use in-studio.
