RESTORATIVE YOGA w/ Linsey every Thursday morning starting October 5th - November 30th at 10am.
Restorative Yoga is a restful practice that focuses on slowing down and deeply relaxing the body and mind. It can be a gentle style of yoga designed to relax, restore and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit. It encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation and is a great practice for all levels.
Everyone welcome. All you need is yourself, a mat and a bottle of water. Bring your own mat or one can be provided for you. You are also encouraged to bring your own comfortable blanket, pillow, eye mask, blocks, and bolsters. We also have some in studio for you to use if you like.
