I have always loved sports and exercise since a young age. Mainly training in dance before going to University and getting my personal training qualification in 2022. I have found a career within the fitness industry that I am very passionate about and became a yoga instructor in Portugal in 2024.
It has always been a goal of mine to spread the mental and physical benefits exercise has brought me throughout my life and Yoga teaching is the perfect combination of my passion for movement and mental well-being. My aim is to educate and uplift as many people as possible in classes, bringing together a community of support, comfort and well-being. With a strong focus on mental health and movement, I hope to share my love for yoga and the many benefits it can bring to anyone and everyone.
Offering judgement free classes where you can step into calm in this busy world, I aim to nurture you into your best, true self.

Description
A class to release tension, build strength and flexibility and get your mind focused and ready for the day ahead or regather and come back to yourself after a busy day. All levels welcome, with different progressions given as options. Starting with gentle warm up movements, progressing into a strengthening flow and finishing with developmental stretches and savasana. With focus on strengthening physical and mental well-being, judgement free.
