My Intention… Movement is improvement; Having a background in sport & exercise has given me a platform to learn more about the human body & share my passion of movement, which essentially is prescribed exercise. Working with people from all over the world & from a wide range of backgrounds, ages and abilities has empowered me to offer a variety of movement modalities including fitness, yoga, animal movement, strength & conditioning.

We will move through a sequence of postures, focusing on connecting breath with movement.
This is a balanced practice that combines strength-building poses with fluid transitions and stretches to release tension.
